Bicycles
If you are someone who loves to ride bicycles, you already know that
it is a great exercise to improve your health. But it is more than just
that. It is also a fantastic way for a person to be able to exercise
without greatly increasing the chances of further injury.
For example, if you are getting a little older than you used to be
(and well all are), you may find that running or jogging is much harder
on your feet, legs and back than it used to be when you were younger.
Riding bicycles, however, helps you to overcome this problem because
your legs do not take nearly the same amount of pounding as they do
with running.
Not only is this true, but just about anyone can attest that riding
a bike can be a lot of fun. Even though you do it for exercise, if you
take a ride on bicycles through dirt paths or along the lake, you get
the chance to see some beautiful scenery that you otherwise might not
have had the chance to see.
Bicycles are not only a great exercise tool, but also great fun.
